Attached to the UCM) from 2008 to the present. Member of the Board of the General Archives of Simancas from 2010 until now. Deputy Secretary of the RAH (2010-2014), Treasurer of the RAH since 2015 and Member of the Governing Board of the Corporation. Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in History of the Hispanic Monarchy (UCM) (2009-2012). Holder of the Luis García de Valdeavellano Chair (2017). As leader of the HERMESP-UCM Research Group: Elites and Agents in the Hispanic Monarchy: Forms of political articulation, negotiation and patronage, she led several national and community research projects. She published almost one hundred articles, book chapters and monographs, the most recent being: Un banquero en el Siglo de Oro. Octavio Centurión, el financiero de los Austrias. Madrid, The Sphere of Books (2015); and Los banqueros y la crisis de la Monarquía Hispánica of 1640 (Marcial Pons, 2013), monograph for which she obtained the National Award the following year.
