Skills and Objectives
Objectives
The objectives of the MBA are: the acquisition of extensive and complete knowledge to students, to make them capable to analyze and solve complex issues in the field of business management, based on the development of theoretical, methodological and tools for data analysis.
In particular, and especially, the goal is to provide the student with robust and advanced practical and theoretical knowledge in the following areas: organization and business management, accounting, finance, marketing, business taxation, commercial law and quantitative methods for decision making.
In addition to the technical training, we also consider important to convey to our students a greater sensitivity for the ethical aspects of entrepreneurship. This need has become particularly clear due to the current global economic crisis. In addition, we have taken into consideration the fundamental rights and equal opportunities between men and women (Law 3/2007 of 22 March), the principles of equal opportunities and universal accessibility for people with disabilities (Law 51/2003 of 2 December) and of a culture of peace and democratic values (Law 27/2005 of 30 November). These principles affect both the organizational aspects of the title and the content of the taught modules.
