Rules of operation and decision-making:
The functioning of the Quality Commission is established in the rules approved in the Regulation of Internal Operation of Masters. It specifies that the Commission shall meet in regular and special sessions. At regular meetings will be held at least once per academic year (October to September), and extraordinary session by called the Chairman or requested by at least 20% of total members. The call for these sessions will be made with a minimum of twenty four hours and must contain the agenda of the meeting. The President, with the agreement of the Quality Commission - for urgency reasons - may orally summon additional meeting of the group, sending urgent notice to absent members.
Members of the Quality Commission shall receive notice with the agenda, with a least 48 hours, except in the case of extraordinary session in which case the notification period is 24 hours. The notice along the agenda and documentation, will be send through any means that allows proof of receipt.
Complaints and Grievances System
Coordination of the Master and the Permanent Commission shall ensure system of complaints and grievance for the students. This system offers different posiblities for comunication of those that, in all cases, without exception, the Standing Committee shall study and attempt to solve. These are:
- Through the class representative
- Through the subjects coordinators
- Through the Master coordinator
- Throuht the regular cordinators meetings and evaluation questionnaires
