GENERAL RESEARCH OBJECTIVE OF THE GROUP

 

We are studying the vectorization of DNA and siRNA with cationic non-viral gene vectors: lipid vectors, macrocyclic polycathionic vectors  and nanoplasmonic vectors, from a biophysical and biochemical point of view, for applications in Non-Viral Gene Therapy.
