PhD student

My main research interest lies in understanding the different interactions and effects that environmental variables can have on the behaviour of wildlife and their ecology, especially with birds as a study group. I am currently working on my PhD thesis with the aim of studying the environmental stress responsiveness of Eleonora's falcon (Falco eleonorae) measured through plastic and physiological responses during development, as well as individual and population measures of biological fitness, taking into consideration individual aspects such as sex and genetic polymorphism of melanin-based colouration.
