Ana López-Rodríguez
Research technician
My scientific interest focuses on the conservation biology of biodiversity, mainly birds. In that sense, I am interested in their moult patterns and their reproductive biology. I am currently working as a technician in a project on the genetic and genomic characteristics of the migration patterns of the European Hoopoe (Upupa epops). Specifically, my work consists of obtaining different samples in the field and their subsequent analysis using stable isotope methods, as well as genetic, genomic and physiological analyses.
