Currículo abreviado

Los dinosaurios han sido el objeto principal de su investigación, con especial énfasis en los dinosaurios terópodos del Cretácico. Estudió en la Facultad de Ciencias Geológicas de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid donde obtuvo la licenciatura en Geología con especialización en Paleontología. En la misma Universidad realizó su tesis doctoral bajo la dirección de la catedrática Nieves López Martínez en el programa interuniversitario de Paleontología de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Ha realizado estancias predoctorales en EEUU y Canadá entre las que se incluyen el Museum of the Rockies (Bozeman, Montana), Royal Tyrrell Museum (Alberta, Canadá). Continuó con su trabajo como investigadora postdoctoral desde 2011 a 2016 en la Universidad de Alberta, en Canadá bajo la dirección del Dr. Philip J. Currie . En 2016 se incorporó a la Universidad de La Rioja con un contrato posdoctoral TALENTO y ha ocupado también el puesto de directora académica de la Catedra de Patrimonio Paleontológico de la Universidad de La Rioja. En 2021 se incorporó a la Universidad Complutense de Madrid como Profesor Ayudante Doctor en el Departamento de Geodinámica, Estratigrafía y Paleontología.
