On June 12, 2024, the dissemination event for the ABANREDES project “Predicting University Student Performance and Dropout Rates through Technological Tools: Final Results of the ABANREDES Project” was held at the Faculty of Commerce and Tourism. The event was organized within the framework of the research project: ABANREDES - "Determinants of Academic Performance and Dropout in Higher Education: Analysis of the Impact of Educational Platforms and Social Networks" (MEC, PID2020-116293RB-I0).
The inauguration featured the participation of the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Tourism, Mr. Manuel de la Calle Vaquero, and the closing was with the Director of the Institutional Intelligence Center, Mr. José Arbués Bedia. Three papers and a guest lecture by professors María Martínez Felipe and Alba LLauró Moliner were presented at the event.

- "The Use of Digital Platforms for Face-to-Face Teaching in Spanish Universities: Analysis from the Perspective of Faculty." José Luis Arroyo and Susana Carabias (Pontifical University Comillas - ICADE).
- "The Differential Effect of the Institutional Factor on Academic Performance: A Multilevel Perspective." Juan Luis Peñaloza (Complutense University of Madrid).
- "Identification and Comparison of the Main Variables Affecting Early University Dropout Rates by Field of Study and Institution." María Martínez Felipe (Pontifical University Comillas - ICADE) and Alba LLauró Moliner (Ramon Llull University).
- Adolfo Hernández Estrada and María Fernández Mellizo-Soto, Principal Investigators of the ABANREDES project, presented the final results of the project before concluding the event.
